Local anesthesia (injection numbing) just before the taking of a punch biopsy for a breast melanoma.		Beginning of a "punch biopsy" being performed with a punch (circular knifelike cookie-cutter instrument) of the breast for a melanoma.		Removal from the skin of a punch biopsy specimen of the breast using a scalpel and needle to get a specimen of a desired depth.
