Numerous seborrheic keratoses of the trunk. Most are "greasy and stuck-on" in appearance. Many different looks are present including: flat and tan, speckled, thick and brown or black.

A seborrheic keratosis up close. Note the greasy stuck-on look as well as scale and horn pearls (occasional pin-tip sized white balls of keratin) on close inspection.

Numerous seborrheic keratoses of the back. Every one of these lesions must be observed (with the naked eye) carefully during a proper examination just in case a mole or melanoma is colliding with or hidden near one of the seborrheic keratoses.
